What We Offer

Moriches Island Sailing offers safe, fun and personalized private and small group sailing and motor boat lessons and charters. From beginners who have never stepped foot on a sailboat to racers looking to fine tune their skills, we're here to help you progress on your sailing journey! For those of us who would rather spend a day or evening relaxing on the bay, we offer sailing and motor boat sunset cruises and bay tours, as well as dinner cruises on our motor boat! We typically depart from Silly Lily Fishing Station in East Moriches or a customer's waterfront home. 

We love sailing and we love Moriches Bay, and frankly, we don't think enough people take advantage of the bay, especially on sailboats. That's why we started Moriches Island Sailing- to share what we love with others who may not have the knowledge or equipment to get out on the water on their own. Our mission is to grow the sailing community on Moriches Bay by offering sailing lessons to help people develop the skills needed to sail on their own. We want the bay to be safer for everyone, and we've added motor boat lessons to help people learn how to safely operate their motor boats too!
